My Futsal Team (“the app”) is a personal-use coaching tool that stores your team information on your device. This page explains what data the app handles, what it does and does not collect, and how to contact us with questions.

Short version

We don’t collect, transmit, share, or sell any of your data. Everything you enter into My Futsal Team — rosters, photos, schedules, stats — stays on your device. There are no accounts, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs.

What the app stores on your device

  • Your team and season name, team colors, and team logo (a photo you choose or an emoji).
  • Player information you enter: names, photos, jersey numbers, gender (optional), grade / age / birth year, parent contact information, and any custom forms you create.
  • Game schedule entries: opponents, dates, locations, scores, goal events, assists, and goalie statistics.
  • Court tactical-board layouts and formation choices.
  • App preferences such as appearance mode and leaderboard visibility.

All of this is stored locally using Apple’s SwiftData framework. The data lives in the app’s sandboxed container on your device and is included in your encrypted device backups only if you have backups enabled in iOS Settings.

What we don’t do

  • We don’t collect any personal information.
  • We don’t use analytics, telemetry, crash reporters, or tracking SDKs.
  • We don’t use third-party advertising or marketing networks.
  • We don’t share or sell any data, because we don’t collect any.
  • We don’t sync your data to iCloud or any other cloud service.
  • We don’t require a login, account, or registration.

Permissions the app requests

The app may ask for the following iOS permissions, only when you take an action that requires them:

  • Camera — used only if you choose to take a photo for a player’s profile or your team logo. The photo is saved into the app’s local storage and is not uploaded anywhere.
  • Photo Library — used only if you choose to select an existing photo for a player or your team logo. The selected image is copied into the app’s local storage; the app does not access photos outside of your explicit selection.

You can revoke either permission at any time in iOS Settings → My Futsal Team.

Children’s privacy

My Futsal Team is designed for adult coaches to manage information about their teams, which often includes minors (their players). Because the app does not transmit or share any data, no information — about adults or children — ever leaves your device. Coaches are responsible for handling any player information they enter in accordance with their league’s policies and applicable laws.

Data deletion

Because all data is stored on your device, you control it completely. You can:

  • Delete individual players, games, or seasons from within the app.
  • Use Settings → Season Management → Start New Season → New Team to wipe all app data and start fresh.
  • Delete the app from your device, which removes all of its stored data.

Pricing and donations

My Futsal Team is a one-time purchase of $0.99 USD (local pricing varies by country). There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising.

$0.10 from every sale goes to support the Nile Garden Elementary School futsal team.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the app handles data in a meaningful way (for example, if a future version adds optional cloud sync), we’ll update this page and update the “Effective date” at the top.

This site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking scripts, and loads no fonts, scripts, or images from third-party servers. Nothing you do here is logged beyond the standard access logs kept by the web host. If that ever changes, it will be disclosed on this page.
